To celebrate our 50 years, we have launched a fundraising campaign to raise $50,000 in 5 months AND welcome 50 new monthly donors to sustain our vital work! Donate anytime before August 22nd to help us achieve this goal.

Help Center, Inc. has been providing support to Bozeman, the Gallatin Valley, and surrounding areas 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, since 1971. Our organization emerged from increasing concern about drug problems in our valley. From this, the Gallatin Council on Health and Drugs was established as a non-profit organization on March 22nd, 1971. In June 1971, the Help Center became a 24/7 all-purpose crisis center for callers and walk-in clients. Just as the needs of our community have grown, so have our services and programs. In 2003, the name of the agency was changed to Help Center, Inc. In addition to crisis response and 24-hour suicide services, we host the Sexual Assault Counseling Center, Gallatin County Child Advocacy Center, Hearts & Homes Family Resource Center, and Sacks Thrift Store.

Through all the changes and growth within our organization and community, our core value remains the same: An effective, compassionate response to clients in crisis is critical to the wellbeing of a community.
